Opala and everyone else, when you get your proxy please vote no or against management on every issue!

Love XOMA? Vote No. Hate XOMA? Vote No. The feedback will be good for the company and also for us. Can we get more than a million no votes? Many shareholders never bother to send the proxies back. This time, vote NO and send it back at once.

There are no real issues. It is time we try to let management know that we are a significant audience. IMO the management has done a great job and not just of informing shareholders, but I am still voting no.

Also, even if the P III trial concludes successfully, vote NO or against management. The idea is to assure that going forward XOMA pays attention, to shareholders and does an even better job.
