We're a collection of wayward individual shareholders who are in the great scheme of things totally irrelevant to Xoma management. If it were otherwise, they wouldn't have been lying to us for so long or, I might add, so successfully. Good thing for them Bermuda law is so lenient in cases of securities fraud and corporate misrepresentation. While I empathize deeply with your growing frustration and share -- even exceed -- your dim of view of Xoma's shareholder relations, as a general rule I don't engage in symbolic or empty gestures, especially when they have little chance of being noticed and none of making a difference. Go ahead and vote no, if you like, but at least do it by Internet to save the company a stamp.
