All I have to say is NASDAQ down 96, and FNHC down 1/2. I'm not a stock expert, but if Oppenheimer is willing to give it a strong buy and $20 price target, then thats good enough for me.

Mark CPA . So I guess you're not really impressed with FNHC
You are correct, The SEC filing did have a bunch of negative, old stuff in it. And... I am impressed (& amused) by you additional, bold faced, comments.
Sometimes, I wonder just how many people on these thread, ever go & read the information available for free.
However, I think most of the speculators on the InterNet threads are just playing the emotional guessing game of who will be next... on the ridiculously, overvaluing, merry-go-round of E-Stocks.
But for now.... I will go for a ride with my "play money" on FNHC just to see how far the stock can be pushed up.
My real money is on GE, CB & PEPSI

Mark,

It would be interesting to see what FiNet has done since the 10QSB was filed, to see if the current management (new since October of last year) is making impact. Suffice to say that Rawitch has mismanaged the company in the past.

I appreciate the stickler to details and your thorough interpretation of them. Share dilution was an unexpected (and somewhat unpleasant surprise) when I went through the 10QSB not too long ago. My interpretation is that the company needs capital so badly that shareholder interest had to take a back seat.

It may be of interest to others in the thread for you to share with us some insights about your experiences as a former market maker.

With a ~23% hit in stock price today, I don't think FNHC escaped the wrath of today's NASDAQ correction...

Mark CPA, Glass 1/2 MT or 1/2 full
I am grateful for your post #930. I think everyone on this thread should read it & your side comments.
However, I took a more optimistic reading, see post # 848
(I would link it but don't know how to create a link)
Readers of my note should understand that it is more "forward looking" and no one should ignore either posting. & everyone should look to get & post, even MORE information.
thanks...
