You have a good sense of what stocks to pick, but I question your timing.

People were paying more for most of them on Thursday of last week. Things looked rosy, but the timing was worse than today. Anyway, even the leaders fairly frequently experience (downside as well as upside) volatility such as today's. They just all moved together today.

John, I don't worry about timing any longer. Getting the names right is the main thing for me now. Timing the Internet players is like guessing which raindrop will hit the ground next.
