They have a buy back program on the books. I can't remember the numbers (maximum authorisation and amount expended), but my research assistant, Elwood ,should be able to help out.

I suspect that the company needs to buy back shares to furnish its option programs - I understand that a former employee or two might be exercising options in quantity.

Use of the cash for this purpose is a very powerful vote of confidence as well as a direct benefit to the share price. Rosen is more shareholder oriented than EP ever was.
