The guys over on the Yahoo board think it is related to options being exercised by insiders. IMG did file an S-8 at the end of March. Other than that, I don't know what could be going on.

We now know that something is definitely up. Stock is up 2-1/2 on volume of over half a million. An announcement of some sort has to be coming. This is proof that people have been trading on inside information on this stock for several weeks now.
