An inactive shell, that is tarnished, in debt, and most likely
a large amount of shares still in possession of Berman and Patrowitz.
All that is happening is the MM is going way short. Any transaction
over 4 million shares(10%)in HOPR is supposed to have an SEC filing.
I bet there were some violations today.

Tom;
I am curious what you meant by

Do you mean that the 2mil debt that HOPR reported in their last filing
is a good thing? If you want to really see something happen with this
stock, buy about 5 mil shares and call in the certs.
I suggest that all of you new investor call in the certs for half of
your shares, then all the shorts have to be covered and you might see
a real stock run up.
