It is TIME for TSIG to have a shareholders meeting. TSIG is no
longer a smoke-and-mirrors BB company. TSIG is a growing,
dynamic company that belongs on the NASDAQ. The company is
struggling with financing and growth issues. The shareholders need
to go to Florida and see the facilities for themselves and hear
about the company's vision from Robert Gordon himself. We need
to hold a 10K in our hands and hear the questions and discussions
in person. Right now, we are victims of our own hype and
expectations. We are a bunch of "nervous nellies" desperately
searching for the next fix from REW or Marty. If the majority of us
had been to Florida, we wouldn't be lying on the floor having a
figurative temper tantrum because daytraders sold on the news
yesterday. A shareholders' meeting is overdue! Regards, Suzanne

"The accumulated deficit is $38 million. This represents stockholders' money that has been spent. . . consumed, for which there is no offsetting asset. Thirty-eight million dollars of stockholders' money has been vaporized. What does Robert Gordon owe these stockholders?"

I would say RG owes shareholders an increased share price so they could get a return on their investment. Don't you see the potential of revenue and profits to come that would make the $38 million deficit pale in comparison? Isn't that why we are investing in TSIG? In addition, this deficit is a result of money spent on past business ventures, not the current business. Since late last year TSIG.com has completely restructured and is now functioning like a new startup Internet company, somewhat similar to VRIO or USWB (these 2 companies may not be good analogies, but they came to mind first).
