by the time internets are looked at for P/Es (even for a two year out P/E, let alone TTW!), I'll be LONG moved on to another sector. Different buyer types for PE or PEG. These times offer higher risk and reward. At some point, quality wills out, so the DD we do now WILL make a difference then. Right now, reinvest is an integral part of the plan... as is the use of stock currency for smart consolidation. (check out Braverman's valuation model and look for further comments from him and others in the AM)
