interesting article n the wall street journal about a supreme court case about who owns the rights to coal gas in coal fields .its due to be descided in the summer .its in the tuesdays issue page b 10 for anyone interested .it hinges over whether the landowners own the coal gas or the state .apparently it all hinges upon whether coal gas is regarded legally as coal ,then it doesnt belong to the landowners .anyway it has clear implications for epic and likely to keep any exploration on hold until its descided by the us supreme court the definition of coal arh
