The world is a tough place and the so called grownup "investors" on margin who love stocks at 50 times the book, let alone 1000 times negative book, don't need baby sitters when things turn sour. Do they? What are these people, who are long DELL at 55 times book, CSCO at 100 time the fake EPS, afraid of? They want the fantasy to continue forever. Are they afraid of the truth being known? (We talked about CSCO earlier. I know your slant on it. No need to start another.) As with Compaq, where was your genius when all the channel stuffing was going on? FYI, Since mid 1997, the dopes like ex Compaq CEO and CFO were exposed more on the MB thread than anywhere else on SI. You would have noticed all this at that time, as, perhaps, you were using your "compassion" sparingly on people calling spade a spade. Here is the real deal with self-proclaimed white-haters, a.k.a immature bulls who see things through rose-colored glasses. When they win it is their genius, when they lose it is the evil-plot by bears. I don't think you are any different. Speaking of "proper" etiquette, while you are on the cheerleading threads, a la Dell, I suppose you just don't wear colored glasses, perhaps you wear blinds. Good luck! PS: I followed your discussion with Mike Burke. Your "claiming" victory over Mike Burke might enhance your own ego but, your claims are far from truth. Unless of course your reply merits a reply from me, I will leave it there as I would like to spend my time on more important things.
