scott, thanks for a thoughtful post re: your nausea at investing in AOL caused by terrible service you personally received. I'm guilty of exactly the same thing only the burr under my saddle is TCI. I knew with a 99.4% probabilty that ATHM would be a rocket ship but couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger--years of horror stories with TCI--damn thing started to get wobbly during the Masters for god's sake--made it impossible. Both of us left alot of dough on the table but it's nice to fess up now and then and admit the enormous role that emotions play in the investment game. Best regards, Mike Doyle
