And you....I saved you for last. You have met Him. I can tell. In this crazy world of nations bombing nations and cruelty everywhere and kids murdering other kids in school, that is perhaps the one consolation....that we are not alone. If it were not for that, I don't think I could bear it. My daughter starts high school this Fall and Colorado hit me kind of hard. Isn't it ironic that the worst disasters in this country have been perpetrated by our fellow countrymen? Oklahoma City....and now Colorado....all done by Americans. Who needs terrorists? We're doing quite well on our own, thank you. Yes, this love that surpasses all understanding...I have felt it..for about 20 seconds... and it totally changed the way I view things. It was definitely not my imagination..no way...and it was the most incredible, pure, and beautiful love I have ever felt. The peace..the utter peace. There is no way of describing it for those who have not felt it....there's no way of describing it...period. I just love it when I hear people say that they are atheists because the only thing I can think of is "Boy are they ever going to have a neat surprise waiting for them when they die!" And God does love EVERYONE in this creation...hard as that may be to sometimes imagine. It's man with his religions that separate people and try to make believe that THEIR way is best. God just loves. Oh well, it's late and this thread is crazy anyway, so I'll tell you about an experience I had one time. I was in a church and people were going forward for Communion and all of a sudden, I saw them through a golden glow, or at least that is the best way I know to describe it...and for a few minutes I literally saw them through God's eyes. It was so neat...and also life-changing. He really does not CARE what religion you are or what nationality you are. He does not care. EACH PERSON is unique and special in His eyes. Ok, so now I'll probably be known as the kooky lady, but I don't care. I'm telling the truth. And at least my experiences only showed me love. He likes animals too, you know. The fruits of what I experienced could only lead to kindness, friendship, caring, sharing, and peace. Juanita
