These particular ill-behaved little boys all were in a special Gifted and Talented class called "Hands On Science." They stayed after school for the class one day a week. Probably these boys would have benefited more from being allowed to run around outside and kick soccer balls or something. No, I know you are tongue in cheek, but I don't think it comes under the heading of "conspiracy." Is it a conspiracy that men are taller than women, or have greater upper body strength? Is it a conspiracy that men write better symphonies than women, or design better buildings? I don't think so.
