LOL, I love the classic head fake to pull the shares from the investors at .06 and below where we have a strong base. This way the price will stabilize at much higher levels as the "Lottery Ticket Winners" won't be dumping when it reaches .50 to 1.00 to become a millionaire.
this is done to raise the strong base to a higher level. A pitty for the inexperienced who sold when it ran down to .10 and now noticed how fast they raised it back up to .16 with very little buying. :) Lesson: Be Very Patient!!!!!!

No I don't believe its the company for a couple of reasons. One they said they were not buying back shares. and two it would be in the company best interest to announce the buy back. No I think its some one not connected with the company at all.
I only saw this happen once before and that time it was big buyer from out of the country(middle east) that had a broker doing the buying. I don't say this is the case here. Could be any large company that wants a stake in pabn and this is sometimes a cheap way to do that. Could be a very rich individual investor. I have no idea who, but only a broker handling the buys would not make any effort to try and "time" their buying. IMHO
