The annual meeting ought to be fun. They are requiring a ticket or proof of ownership to keep out the political whackos. They will have a large group of angry shareholders and many issues to address(pay raises, poison pills, etc.). Someone is sure to ask Dr. Clark why he could not afford a single share with his many millions of $$$ he has been given by Loral. That pisses me off. He is glad to get his 120,000 options in Loral, or his 20,000 GSTRF options, but he won't spend a single dollar of his own money to buy stock? Get rid of him. That is a slap across every shareholders face.
