ACCR is already doing voice over IP. They offer PC-phone long distance service via internet at flat fee $10 per month. ACCR is selling at 75 cents now. Seems a better choice than IPVC. Just my two cents.

CUBBY-Idle threats usually boomerange-especially when a Company's reputatiion is involved. Legal accountability for postings is noiw an established with a firm legal basis.For example the two Raytheon employees who disparaged their own employer via the internet.
