<NSIT> While looking through the news on it I saw this. Now, they're not talking about a split here. I thought there was a typo at first but it says they are going to triple their current shares outstanding. From DEF 14A filed on 04/02: To approve amendments to the Company's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the total authorized number of shares of Common Stock, $.01 par value per share, from 30,000,000 to 100,000,000 and of Preferred Stock, $.01 par value per share, from 3,000,000 to 10,000,000
