I talked to Tim at IR in the US division to clarify. INTA is in fact the recommended billing agent for its partners and resellers for Vodaphone. If one looks at the number of possible Airtouch resellers the potential for INTA is still enormous.

The new INTA website will be up very shortly. I was told that the site is amazing. I think this price blip is good to close the gap as INTA flew by the 5's into 6's. The next move will hopefully be the one I have been hoping for.
