The Money Pit

If the deal the ceo pulled on the shareholders last and this year stands, then TSIG will never appeal to legitimate sources of capital and is stuck with high dilution lenders, Vinny & Vito or even worse; the conversion of more of those 26 million shares for the benefit of the same ceo at $0.15.

We shareholders have already seen the shares go from 28, 000,000 to 57,000,000 to now 93,000,000 in less than one year. That's an intolerable 300% dilution in just 10 months. If changes are not made and made quickly, it'll get horrific. Witness the 40 cent share price.

My exploratory effort with a first rate law firm is intended to determine if we have a case against these dilutive actions, especially those that lined the ceo's pockets at the expense of too many that are still here and all too many that have moved on with substantial losses. Probably good people like you next time when your patience runs out.

Join the effort and I can almost guarantee that you will get far more for your money that it will cost.

The number may be growing again shortly. We are at 14. I'd like 30 but 20 should do just fine.

Thanks,

Sword.Com

< Amazon and CD
Warehouse have got to be getting a little worried about our Tsig.com > ROFL!!!,ya,sure..DD
PS: they may be getting a good laugh watching the dilution though..

DD,hello... wake up and smell the coffee. Amazon and CD Warehouse are not concerned about TSIG stock dilution. What they are concerned about is making money selling CD's since there both losing money. TSIG represents a formidable competitor with better prices and potentially tremendous market exposure. This means less market share and is only going to contribute to more losses for them.

All Good Regards;

paul
