Hart; I dumped this for a tax loss a while ago.
I did some serious investigation into what happened to the company
and came to the conclusion that what happened is VERY CLOSE to FRAUD.
The ex-ceo/last employee is hiding behind his lawyers and working as
CFO for CWRC now. CWRC is using HOPR's offices in PA, odd for a company
developing a casino in Colorado. CWRC is overdue on a financing announcement.
The market maker is the guy who buys or sells the stock to you on
every transaction. He is free to sell short as much as he wants as
long as he can cover. He also sets the bid/ask. BB stocks are not
priced by market demand, but by the MM. When he goes short, he can drop
the price to scare out investors, so he can cover and balance his books.
You need to read up on the Market Maker system.

If you can still find HOPR's last quarterly report or the last press
announcement, you may get a better idea what has happened.
Basically, they closed the doors because there was no more money and
the debts exceded any assets. That means if the assets (stock in CWRC)
ever become worth anything close to the debts, I am willing to bet you
that the creditors are going to step in and demand to be paid.
It is also possible that the old officers of HOPR who all work for CWRC now,
still hold a controlling interest in HOPR, there never were any insider trading reports
filed from that group during the first tail spin.

There are no paid promoters for this stock, because there is no-one to
pay them. Most of the activity is from day traders and chart readers
who saw the volume spike last friday. I am sure that some of the better
day traders made some money this week, and all the power to them. after all
this is what it's all about. If you buy and hold this you will lose!

If you are day trading, have fun, if you are investing, don't buy.
If you still think you want to invest, contact the company and do some DD.

PS: I know I have questioned P.E.'s motives in the past but I am pretty sure now
that he is into some gutsy day trades. Most of his trades should
scare the average trader. But he's a big boy and sounds like he knows
what he is getting involved with.
