Here it it.... Pleasanton, CA., -- April 20, 1999 -- PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq - PSFT) announced today the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 1999. Revenues for the quarter totaled $305.4 million, an increase of 10% over the first quarter of 1998. Excluding one time charges related to the formation of Momentum Business Applications, Inc. and one time charges associated with the reduction in staff completed in the quarter, net income and net income per share were $7.6 million and $0.03, in comparison to $33.8 million and $0.13 in the prior year.
