For my mental state it had better be upward soon!!!

I just took a huge loss on another position so if this were not to work out I could be in trouble. And I am sure after NETA's day today there are other holders of DBSS that feel the same. (Sorry for your losses, hope they are paper only if you have a long horizon.)

As to DBSS, I think we will get action when the Company is talkative again. It seems that they like to speak out to their connections when announcements are close. They should be announcing things like:

1) Hiring a CFO, a condition to NASDAQ listing
2) Progress on said listing
3) ALA or its replacement deal. ALA asked for 30 more days (ending April 30th), after having asked for 15 before that. Given we Americans could never figure out the French away, I don't know what this means. But if ALA gets it together we could get out of the dumps by the end of this month.

in the very near future. Last time I talk to the Company's IR rep he indicated the CFO was selected but offers had not been exchanged, nor accepted. That was a week ago Friday. I'd say number 3 is the most important to the stock and its performance. Should they miss that, even shareholders with faith may depart. When I spoke to the IR person, they agreed with my assessment that lacking news, and given no signed ALA deal that many shareholders have sold. They might return once a deal is signed. If we have faith we might be rewarded. He seemed not to understand that faith is not in every investor. It seems to me that the Company would like things to happen faster than they do. But the world is a difficult place for a small growing Company.

Let's hope this one does well in it soon.
