Re. MSFT earnings, how many people caught the "passing" mention of deferred revenues of $400 million because of the Office2000 upgrade! This means that they sold MS Office worth $400 MM, but since the customers can get free upgrades to Office2000, they can't book this revenue until the offers expire (or are redeemed). That means that the revenue for MSFT was an additional $400MM and profits would've been an additional $250+MM for the quarter. That would've added an additional 5 cents to their profits!!! Dell should see $45 this week.

<<The Dell model is prevailing against all. >>

This is TRUE....We all are starting to realize this....soon the big money and the smart money will respond. DELL is an internet powerhouse with a very reasonable valuation and a high ROIC.

I look forward to the May earnings release <GG>!!

Best Regards,

Scott
