Nothing wrong there, all totally legal. You forgot to mention that the share purchases were related to the second part of the private offering which may have never occurred unless the talks with Microsoft not proved fruitful. I'd say that out of pocket money speaks pretty loudly - especially when they haven't been selling what they've been buying.
