AJ: As I recall, jjs64 showed up not today but over the weekend when the coming week was being touted as a big one for GCHC. He wondered why Douglas M. would advise investors to try to stop short selling by taking personal possession of their stock certificates:

jjs64 observed that taking possession of stock certificates could put investors in a highly vulnerable position (especially at times when day traders can wreak such havoc, as by your own account, they did today).

The point about taking possession seemed eminently reasonable but Douglas' response to this point was:

which not only did not even begin to deal with the issue at hand but avoided it totally (though it did try to make the point that Douglas is older, more experienced, and wiser than a college student [all of which are based on a self-serving assumption]) while moving on to a totally irrelevant question about Yahoo.

With the point made by jjs64 having been totally side-stepped rather than honestly dealt with, Francois, nevertheless, in due time, shows up to emphasize the alleged wisdom of taking possession of one's stock certificates.

Even someone who liked the GCHC story might begin to wonder what is going on in these, at best, somewhat evasive posts, as well as with the mutually self-congratulatory tone of some of the principals. They, also, might wonder, why the game playing? If you have a solid company and stock, you don't need to be so sensitive to detractors. You only need to be honest about the merits. Someone might be moved to go back again, and read again more carefully, all of the GCHC posts, for instance. They might conclude that Douglas has been talking about big developments and promising big GCHC "official" news for 2 years, while, at the same time, no substantiating facts can be found anywhere. Yes, they might get edgy.

But, hey AJ, if some investors did sell big chunks of shares yesterday or today, you, Douglas, and Francois are probably not giving yourselves enough credit for it.
