I use SocketWatch at locutuscodeware.com.

You can also try Dimension 4 at thinkman.com

Both are very good.

Still haven't been able to open Windows Explorer in my primary install..any help at all along this line would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem with explorer in Win95. I think it happened during one of my experiments or ?? I do not recall how I resolved it. I may have used a restore.

Does anything happen..ie does it try to execute..flash on the screen??

Try executing from the run option from the start button. Type in c:\winnt\explorer.exe (or other folder depending on where it is). That should tell us if it is a shortcut problem or a changed configuration issue. Perhaps explorer is looking for something or remembers a previous configuration that got changed..

Clarence,

The best time sync app I have seen is Tardis. It runs as a service under NT and support many time sync methods. If you have A NTP (Network Time Protocol) server on your network you can use a program called K9.EXE to recive NTP broadcasts and sync time. This program is tiny. its only 9K and runs completely transparently in the background. It has no GUI or interface you just run it. This is only useful for people with multiple computers on a lan. Tardis can be setup to be an NTP server on a home or corporate network. All unix implimentions include NTP server as well.
