Temp, well Magruder's bio is now officially gone and the Buswell era can get kicked off.

I may be wrong but I'm getting the impression that almost all the combined company resources have really been focused on the hardware development and rollout the past 6 months or so and not on FNet. I was hoping the silence from the FNet side of the business was just confidentiality but apparently not that much was happening to generate primary FNet revenues.

Given the limited overall resources and not having been a fly on the wall, I won't attempt to second guess Frank's decision to use that strategy. At this point, though, I do think some balancing of the growth needs to take place. Another whole round of investors has now put their money in on top of our "seasoned" FNet investment and its time for the company to make good on some of those promises.

It will be interesting to see the FNet portion of that 4.1 million but its not likely that it exceeds the prior two quarters by much if any. The USAT, JM Best, etc. minutes going through FNet will snowball eventually but couldn't have amounted to anything yet.

And if Frank or Helen are reading this, PLEASE take that INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY off the FCM and FNet websites and get that S1 filed!!!

And good luck on that side business Temp. I sell long distance on the side and am hoping FNet can eventually sell LD and calling cards as cheap as the companies I resell for.

Bruce
