Where is an argument that even acknowledges a word I said in posts you responded to? I won't hold my breath. We both(I think) have an idea what they have and haven't introduced lately. The latest hope for Jalapeno is not overdue. I repeat, it is not overdue at this time.

There is NO reason for me to apologize for not pointing to the release of Jalapeno when it isn't even yet expected yet.

Paul,

How fast are the new 0.18 micron CPU devices that NSM has introduced since October 1998 ?

What is so special October 1998? The takeover happened in 1997 (October or November). There was not really much introduced since than either.

And, btw, NSM didn't fork over $550M. NSM handed over (or more preciely, pulled out of thin air) NSM shares that at the time were worth that much. Now the same shares would be worth only a little over 1/3 of that. No money changed hands.

Joe
