1. Total OS on PABN as of today. 825 million shares
Total in the float. 324 million shares.

The rest of the shares are tightly held.

Boy it just gets better and better for the insiders at PABN doesn't it? How he must have chuckled when someone asked him if the company is buying back shares. Hahahaha. Lordy, are these guys slippery. No wonder they don't report to the SEC.

I guess the unwinding of RMC didn't affect the shares outstanding one little bit. I guess that escape clause was the clause where a lot of shares escape the company and the stockholders get a screwing over.

2. Reverse Split?
"As long as John Schmitz is a part of PABN, you will never see a
reverse split." "Now, the possibility of reducing shares via a
merger is a definite consideration."

Hahahaha. So that means that when you hear that John Schmitz is leaving the company, look for the reverse split shortly thereafter. Hahahaha.
