Eugene, I don't want to open a can of worms, but there is that huge overhanging employee stock option liability that eventually will have to be met. Especially if the stock price levels off for an extended period. On the other hand, Microsoft can always issue new stock to meet that obligation, instead of stock buy backs. <g>
