Who is Frank Carey and what is his background?
Also, my concern is that most of the customers for lottery tickets do not have pc's. When I am in a store that sells lottery tkts., the people buying them are mostly laborers. How many of them have pc's?
I'm in, but questioning before I buy more. Nancy
