What year??? Second quarter of 98' would put us about one month into the new company... awful High expectations you have... buy a shell, file reports immediately thereafter.. yep, works for me!!! Works for John Schmitz too it seems. That was the report of the conversation with him in a face to face meeting now wasn't it? He was the one making the claim that they would file 45 days after the end of 2nd quarter last year. (That would be 1998 for those of you too much with Zin.) Financial reporting is in the works with the accountants..the 2nd qtr ends this month June 30th, and the financials will be due out about 45 days after this date. #reply-5050846 Kind of sounds like your broken record reportage from this year. Give them a chance to report? Looks like at the rate they are increasing the float and outstanding according to that earlier report here they are really in no hurry to unveil things.
