Peter, I tend to agree with Steve. Fact is, in this type of investment environment all "facts" are welcome to be put on the table. This is the beauty of the internet. Each of us then needs to make his own judgement as to which facts make sense for his own investments.
What we don't need is self serving arguments and quests to get x or y to admit one thing or the other. How our investments perform has nothing to do with your ego, tero's ego, or mine. The only thing these arguments do is clutter the threads to the point where they are not worth reading.
Good luck to all.

Now it is obvious that Ericy had little to no essential IPR for any CDMA and will be paying royalties to the Q.

Obvious? Illuminate me.... Just how much will ERICY be paying in royalties?

Lets be clear. The Q/ERICY deal was good for both parties, especially
for the Q. The meteoric rise in the share price is directly attributable to the infra deal.

Tero's contra views were a valuable contribution to the QCOM thread.
I hope he continues to post there.

Tero - have you heard anything about Nokia talking to QCOM regarding the handset division?
