Interesting but Irrelavent News that article has to do with matching limit orders directly between customers on the NASD and avoiding market makers, as specialists already do on the NYSE. Optiquest and Ashton are trying to help large customers bury trades in the market without revieling them, thus not moving the market, while getting the best possible pricing. Besides, these types of issues can drag on for years before they impact market practices, and need not be considered by investors here.
