with so much market & nets volitility, my own personal style of trading is...i do NOT trade for the first 30=60 minutes...period...

i rarely chase anything either..only because we have so many high quality picks to choose from, and if it's not THAT stock, pick another one...

Mike...keep your powder dry..no rush, stay cool & calm..relax, the markets are here every day to trade or invest..

i would suggest you buy and hold some good stocks too, let them run some...try not to daytrade...and be very careful about options...

do not buy OTM's(out of the monies)..NEVER...i do it sometimes but i have the money & the experience...

please be careful Mike....preservation of capital is prime!!!
