WCOM has always split below this (around 50 or less). Its latest filing called to increase the shares "for splits, acquisitions and employee options". The last time he did this was a split at the annual meeting as well. Bernie was waiting for 100 for a split this time I think and when they filed it was 96. WCOM will be 120-140 by yearend IMHO and will be jumping back to the 96 before the next meeting in MAy especially if the NXTL deal does not go thru. That is what spooked the stock down. By earnings timewe will recapture most or all the losses.
