heinz,

Yes, the v-shaped recovery does appear to be taking place. Despite the recent volatility in some of the major stocks and indexes, including the huge swings in companies like RNWK, the one constant throughout has been that LONG term trends have remained solidly bullish. And with stocks like AT&T, GE and GM CONSOLIDATING over the past couple of months (with the DOW at an incredible 10700) this bull run is not over yet.

I do believe when the next retracement or correction occurs it will be sudden and very swift. Most likely causing huge psychology damage to the bullish psyche. With each new rise in the avgs., especially after a consolidating phase, the velocity of the next move up is often much faster. Which obviously creates even greater volatility. That's why I think we should all get used to these dramatic swings in the markets. If anything it will only increase.

So I hope we are able to see it coming. As a technician I honestly believe that window of opportunity will be very short indeed.

Good trading.
