American Spirit,

I just heard on CNBC that there is talk on the trading floor that this strong upswing in the internets may be due to short-covering.
If they are correct, who knows, then this rally may not last that long.

From pure a chart perspective, which again is not 100% but an indication of probability whether high or low, the DOT needs to break
675 range to the upside. Until then it implies that there will be a
LOWER HIGH.

CNBC, also mentioned that this is the first time that money was made
shorting the INTERNETs causing the short covering.

Pretty impressive IBM numbers - revenue growth is especially striking. Looks like some bears may be folding. I just heard these quotes on CNBC - "paradigm shift" "new era".

I'm not quite convinced yet - still looking at interest rate numbers and Kosovo.
