Just Observing: Your estimates of compensation and its distribution are quite real. I had expected even less to the Investor. A Class action is more damaging to the Mgmt. Mgmt often resign when Megabucks are involved. Class actions are a Mgmt cleansing ritual that are inescapable unless one wishes to accept the practice of Channel stuffing and write offs to cause Earnings growth. There is no other way to keep Corporate America on the straight and narrow.
