and where do you expect to recoup your investment from ? do you honestly think you can trace the cash within this 'company' ??

What a lawsuit should cost: $0.

What it WILL cost: too much to make it worthwhile.

Shareholder lawsuits usually cost the shareholder nothing. The attorny takes his fee out of the settlement or reward, and is paid nothing if nothing is recovered.

Problem is, ol' scambag is uncollectable, and the corporation likely has no assets.

No attorney is going to take this case on a contingency. And it's just a waste of money to pay an attorney to do this, for the same reason (won't ever see a dime.)

Our only hope is to convince one of the attornies here (and I know there are a couple) to do it out of spite...
