I beg to differ Jon. If Phase2Media has any value there might be something there. If there is nothing left of Zulu they do have(supposedly) investments in other companies. Besides why let PH go scott free to do this again.

Another avenue would be to align ourselves with a large investor that plans to sue.

I would be willing to forfeit any amount that may ultimately come my way in an effort to pay attorney's fees. I won't however throw "more" good money after bad (well maybe a couple of hundred).

If it could be proven that bambaata and curtains was Pat Hayton, then we could possibly drag the SEC into it. Make an example of the ol' boy. Remember, this is the first time he has had to deal with the internet in his scams.
