Brady, I was involved in a class action suit a long time ago. The perpetrator in this case actually had seizable assets. The lawyers got most of it though. No large amount lost but I only got back about 3 cents on a dollar and it took years. Not much to seize in this case and others may be in line ahead of us. Can't hurt PH too bad: most of his assets are likely offshore and his rep is already bad. IMO its the others (Chmiel, Glassberg, Smith etc.) that stand to lose more by a suit. I will support any action that is taken but: I won't however throw "more" good money after bad k
