IC, this is what bother me about companies they can and do add to the float without saying a word... they just do it! Current float. 1 million O/S shares.....8.5 million Said that 500k shares were added to the float last week, no current plans to add an additional 500k to the float. Dusty

Hello there KYOM thread! Apparently, a lot of my team likes KYOM. I know that FG is in it so that sparks my interest. I have gotten a lot of email..No, not spam! But emails from fellow Club Fatters asking me to check into this. I did a quick scan and I have a few questions that I would love to hear the answers too. 1) We would all agree that the total market cap/net worth of this company is approx $8-9 million and about $1 million of it is in the float. I just can't see some guy investing $40 million in a company that has a market cap of $9 million. That is about 4x of an investment of the company's worth...If this guy truly is investing $40 million, then something huge is up. You just don't sink $40 million in an OTC BB. Are there any PR's stating this? What is your source? I am just curious, because this is a huge issue. They are obviously going to have to issue a butt load of shares (40 million at this point) The main concern with this is, HOW WILL THIS SHARE STRUCTURE BE? Restricted? In the float? What kind of an investors is this? Adds a lot of credibility to the company though if its true! 2) I like the name change idea. Will definitly spark more interest in a company that you can actually pronounce! Also, the .com at the end will help. 3) Who is the guy I need to talk to if I want to talk with a company board member? I have seen 4 names posted and emailed to me. Who do I need to talk with to get a grasp of these issues? 1 million is a tiny float and if they release news it will skyrocket. Keep me up to date and this stock is on my watchlist. FM
