AAAHHHhhhh, finally, a hint of ArchivalCD's valuation...<g>

Looks like ArchivalCD will have 20M shares authorized or O/S of which CVIA will own 15% (3M shares). Is Archival that big - $40M value??

Since in this case CVIA got 15%, I'd guess that the actual float will be closer to 10% or 2M shares of which CVIA shareholders will have about 70,000 shares issued as dividends.

If I recall, approx 50% will remain with original owners, 25% to CVIA, and 25% into the float.

So, I'm guessing 50% will remain in the treasury, 25% to original owners (DJ Hay & company), 15% CVIA treasury and 10% FLOAT.

How did I do Keith? <g>

Let's see, about 1 1/2 drop per share equals a value for Arch of $1 1/2 times 7 or $10.50, right???????? Just wishing. ;-). rich.
