If I was trying to establish a cozy relationship with a company the size of Intel I would give them a 'good faith' break like this. Especially if XIRC sees this as a VERY good long term relationship! If they think INTC would buy them and run XIRC as a subsidiary, I would do the same thing! Why not? Comments anybody?

Although the article you posted says xirc purchased 500,000 + shares from intc, insider trading activity found at cbsmarketwatch. com shows that intc sold over 3,000,000 shares in february of this year. Do you know why there is a discrepancy? It may account for the stock's weak price performance. And maybe more importantly why does intc want to get out?
