I feel as though the company has taken the right steps to get back on track. They have built up a good cash supply and managed to control expenses. They can now move on to some more R&D and focusing on marketing the product, hopefully through a partner. Nobody in their right minds would expend the necessary resources to partner up with a company that was on the road to going out of business, which VVUS was for the last couple of quarters. They finally have shown they can build assest and make a case for being a viable company, making them a much more desirable partner. So, expect some dead time until they get a partner or some news on the R&D front. I still have faith in the company although I would be buying any options, with that time factor and all, Colby
