Dinesh,
Nothing wrong with revenue growth through acquisition. However, the comparison has to be done with the combined previous revenues. One can only ignore the acuired company's revenues and history is if they are considered "not material". I don't think how IFMX can claim that revenues of $9.5 are "not material" to their results.
