Yousef, Re: Vantis sale Seems like a great deal to me for both parties. Vantis has had no growth for past few years so it's price should have been discounted heavily vs. folks like ALTERA/XILINX and even ACTL. This is also good for us shareholders as it avoids AMD having to raise more money and possibly dilute the stock. This will give them close to $1bn in cash now - not bad at all. PS: You better cover soon or the your shorts will keep getting "wetter". I am starting to worry about your "sensitive spot". Regards, Kash Johal
