Simply false. Of course, it all depends on what you mean by "consistently wrong....". With equal vagueness one could maintain that CTSL has been "consistently right". Frankly, I think both statements are silly. He's had some stunning losses and some stunning hits. I have too. How 'bout you?

Realistically, the arguement on QCOM was always that "their technology is more expensive, and doesn't justify the cost." One might argue that the situation has changed sufficiently that CDMA is now looking like the ONLY good long term alternative regardless of cost, and costs are dropping.

Agreements to incorporate QCOM's CDMA into the next GSM protocol make it's adoption a sure thing worldwide.
